Norvasc 10mg is used to lower the risk of developing heart attack or stroke in patients who have already had a heart attack or stroke. The risk of developing heart attack or stroke is determined based on factors such as the type and severity of the condition, age, smoking, and alcohol use.
The risk of developing heart attack or stroke is also based on factors such as body weight, family history of heart disease, and smoking.
The most common side effects of Norvasc 10mg include an erection, swelling, rigid muscles, and a rapid heart rate. It can be harmful for patients with certain heart conditions and other risk factors to take this medication.

The tablet can be taken with or without food. Do not take Norvasc 5mg Tablet if you are taking combined antivirals such as interferon or interferon-α.
It is generally considered safe to prescribe this medication for people with a history of certain heart conditions such as heart rhythm problems (arrhythmia) or irregular heartbeats.
